There were no erosional issues with the site, all slopes were stable and there were no failures of BMPs to note.

2509069 Primary Facility 2016-08-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 13:30p.m., the cellar was full of gravel and no gas was detected. The vent pipe was open and set up with a Tayler plug to check for pressure, there was 167psi on the production casing and 144psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 14:05p.m.

The cellar was full of gravel and water setting on top with no bubbling noticed. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge. There was 141psi on the production casing and 118psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 13:10p.m.
