Should be running 13 3/8" casing later this evening. Followed up on SOBM spill under substructure which occured 7/1/12. Failed hose (casing fill hose from centrifugal pump to rig floor. Hose taken out of commission. SOBM spilled on containment which reportedly covered an area 20'x 35' x .5 ". SOBM cleaned up with squeegees and vac truck. While on site i noted leaks in water line coming from centrifugal pumps to open top tank. Leak was fixed while I was on site (low pressure flow line). No bubling observed in cellar. No violations observed at this time.

2615748 Primary Facility 2017-07-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:25p.m.

The cellar was full of gravel and there was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge. There was 267psi on the production casing and 252psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 13:05p.m.

2636785 Primary Facility 2017-08-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was on site at the Robinson Well Site to conduct a Routine Complete Inspection. Currently the 5H, 6H, and 7 H wells are present. A 1550 dark green tank, labeled water only, and two pumps are hooked up to the wells. The containment around this tank has liquid in it with a rainbow sheen. Operator, please maintain this area to ensure compliance. Additionally, please submit documentation to the Department concerning the product stored in the tank, the material compatibility of the tank regarding the product stored, and the origin of the sheen.

Update: I later spoke to Mr. Deming who explained that water is being stored in the tank and that the sheen is originating from the pumps located within the containment. SWN will be vacuuming up the fluid and disposing of it. They are also discussing options concerning the leaking pumps and how to eliminate the release of oil to containment.
