The felt was torn but the inner plastic appeared competent with one small repaired area. There was no staining or evidence of contamination outside the containment area.
There were no erosional issues noted and the cut and fill slopes were well vegetated. The access road looks t have been recently regraded and rolled as well. There were no violations noted. |
