2053629 Primary Facility 2012-03-22 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Patterson 332. Drilled vertical to 6548' and logged hole. TOH then will kick off. Running gyro then will confirm KOP with gyro. Walked site. Secondary containment in place. should pump out water from storage tane area on bakc of pad. Open-top tank used for solidifying cuttings is very full. Need to keep freeboard below 2'. Will be installing auger system to solidy cuttings during lateral. Had 50' sks top job on 9 5/8". Fell back approx 50' due to air bubble during cement job. No bubbling observed.

The cellar was full of gravel and there was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge. There was 849psi on the production casing and 845psi on the production line. The well was not producing at time of inspection, the main valve going to the GPU was closed. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 13:45p.m.

2722108 Primary Facility 2018-04-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.
