115-20918 115-20919 115-20910 115-20911 115-20912 115-20913 The site met the 70% vegetative standard, with decent growth everywhere on site. The vegetation was healthy and the site was stable. There were no erosional issues at this time. I recommend APPROVAL of this Notice of Termination. There were no violations. If there are any issues please feel free to contact me |

The cellars of the 5 & 7H were filled with gravel. The cellar of the 6H was filled with water with visible bubbling. The prod casing of the wells are as follows: 5H - 278.19psi; 7H - 285.78psi; 6H - 306.58psi. Equipment on location include: 3 treaters, 3 separators and 2 prod-tanks. No obvious concerns at time of inspection. Also validated status of permit # 115-20912 (South price 9H). Permit was issued however never materialized. Contacted Afton Sterling to submit OG23, however she stated it was already submitted 5//18/15. I validated that Dept recd 5/19/15 and will forward to file. |
