2655513 | Primary Facility | 2017-11-01 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I inspected the Bush well pad on November 1, 2017 for a routine inspection. The access road was solid, stable and well graded. There was active ag ongoing off one side with round bales stored just off the road. The pad surface itself was in good shape as well, with good vegetation on both the topsoil pile and the gentle fill slope. There was some firewood cutting at the edge of the pad, but there was no impact to the pad.
There were no violations noted. |
