2625098 Primary Facility 2017-08-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Viols - Permanently Shut Down The Department arrived on site at 10:50 AM to conduct a Routine Complete Inspection. We reviewed the E&S Inspection Log to find that the most recent inspection was conducted on 8/7/17 with the note "rills monitor". The Department departed the site at 11:27 AM.

The operator reported this well but did not drill it.
