The site entrance sign with the red border was missing (see photo #1), it was in place during prier inspections. I contacted Steve Moyer of SWN to have them put up a new sign and send me a photo. The well was in production. The cellar was full of gravel and there was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar with a MSA Altair 5X multi gas detector that was calibrated on 3/4/19. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
