2607846 Primary Facility 2017-06-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the site on June 1, 2017 after receiving notification from SWN that the site was scheduled to have plugging operations performed on the wells. The well pad was solid, but had some puddles from recent rains. There was a spoil pile in the middle of the well pad. The cut slope had evidence of past repair but repair was stable. There was no apparent sediment leaving the site after recent rains and all slopes were well vegetated. The well cellars were filled in so bubbling could not be observed. The access road was solid and stable with no apparent washing.

There were no erosional issues observed during the inspection. There were no violations noted.
