| 2493335 | Primary Facility | 2016-06-13 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | The Department was on site at the Drann (#5 Pad) located at 4612 Highlands Road New Milford, PA to conduct a Routine Partial Inspection. The E&S Inspection Checklist Site Inspection Log stated that Klemish conducted an inspection on 6/13 and that no attention was needed.
Several redlines were made to the E&S Plan. At the time of the Department’s inspection, the site appeared to meet temporary stabilization requirements. It was noted that an area on the cut slope appears to consist of mostly rock and is therefore not vegetated. It appears as though the filter sock that was positioned on site has since been torn open as there are several rows of existing wood chip filter media present. |
