2198442 | Primary Facility | 2013-08-26 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The Department was on site at the Cabot Payne, D. P1 Well Site to conduct a Preoperational Inspection on 8/26/13. Well permits that have been issued for this pad are the 2H (115-21305), 3H (115-21304), and the 8H (115-21306). All perimeter BMP’s in place. Pad is approximately 98% complete. Site has been constructed as per plan. No violations noted. |

2215050 | Primary Facility | 2013-10-18 | Drilling/Alteration | Outstanding Violations - No Viols Req'd | Currently waiting for resin to cure. Lel decreased from 65% to 1% since perf and squeeze. |
2215073 | Primary Facility | 2013-10-15 | Drilling/Alteration | Outstanding Violations - No Viols Req'd | Performed squeeze. 10 bbls pumped of well lock. Squeezed 3/4 bbls, bumped away 9.25. Combustible gas reading reduced from 65% to 5% - no visible bubbling. Will let resin cure 60 hours. Plan on moving over to the 2H for remdiation |
2215076 | Primary Facility | 2013-10-10 | Drilling/Alteration | Outstanding Violations - No Viols Req'd | Cement/Noise/Temp logs run on 10/10/13. Continue to do visual monitoring of bubbling. No change from 10/9/13. 74% LEL combustible gas detected. Plan on performing perf and squeexe 10/11/13. Plan to perf 1310-1360' - set retainer |

2407902 | Primary Facility | 2015-09-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The Department was on site to conduct an E&S inspection of the Payne Well Pad in Harford Twp. The pad was in good shape, no erosional issues were apparent and the site was stable. |

2483836 | Primary Facility | 2016-05-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | |
2497216 | Primary Facility | 2016-06-29 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On 6/29/16, the Department was on site at the COG Payne D. Pad 1 to conduct a routine inspection. The pad has good permanent stabilization, with approximately 70% vegetative stabilization and 30% rock stabilization. Filter sock at the site could probably be removed at this point. All 3 wells on the pad, the 2H, 3H, and 8H appear to be in production. All 3 cellars ½ full of water with no bubbling observed. E & S inspections up-to-date. The Department highly recommends that the access road and associated ditches/culverts be cleaned and re-sculpted to maintain efficiency which is critical since the access road has a rather steep grade and sharp turn. Overall, the site looks good. No violations noted. |
2554816 | Primary Facility | 2017-01-24 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:20p.m., the cellar had water and ice at the bottom with no bubbling noticed. The (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting into a small plastic tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open and venting into a small plastic tank. There was 575psi on the production casing. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed.
I left the site at 12:55p.m. |
2643088 | Primary Facility | 2017-10-03 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection.
The well was in production. All the annulus vent pipes were connected together and going to the same tank. There was containment near the 2H well and it appears tubing was recently put in the 2H. The containment appeared to be in good condition. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
2748226 | Primary Facility | 2018-07-03 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection.
The well was in production. There was water 2' below grade in the cellar and there was no bubbling noticed. The (13x9) and (9x5) annuli vent pipes were connected together and going to the same poly vent tank. There was gas detected at the poly vent tank. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
