2H 115-21351 3H 115-21352 4H 115-21353 The well pad was stable, but due to recent heavy rainfall, the area covered by a bermed liner surrounding the wellheads had about 4 inches of water covering the surface. There was no bubbling from the well cellars apparent, and the water was contained. It would be recommended to vacuum the water from this area to prevent any potential problems. There was adequate vegetation throughout the site and there were no erosional issues apparent at this time. There are no violations. If there are any questions please feel free to contact me |
