2717150 | Primary Facility | 2018-04-11 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I inspected the Lathrop Unit well pad on 4/11/2018. I performed a RTNC inspection. The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-21359, 115-21360, 115-21795, 115-21796. The cut and fill slopes were well vegetated and the access road and pad surface was stable and solid. The wells were properly labeled. There were no erosional issues noted.
There were no violations observed. |
2822276 | Primary Facility | 2018-12-27 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived on site at 1343 to perform a site restoration inspection on behalf of the Department.
After performing an administrative review of the plan and a site inspection, I do not agree that site conditions meet the requirements for the termination of this permit. Namely, many areas of the site do not meet the uniform 70 percent permanent perennial stabilization requirements for termination of permits, and erosional rills have formed along the access road. No violations noted. |
