At the time of the inspection, the Department noted that the E&S Inspection Checklist noted that an inspection was conducted on 4/28/16. The Department noticed that there was a redline change on the plan map from 10/18/11 that stated that Carrizo’s access road is in a forested wetland and that they were notified. Also noted on the plan map was that the UNT to Fall Brook was unclassified under Chapter 93. The Department requests that the operator investigate the stream classification of the UNT to Fall Brook. Between the forest and the access drive is an area that appears to have been re-vegetated. Tree tubes and wetland vegetation were noted in the area.
