I took a walk around the location and notice a numerous number of stains on the site. I contacted Andy Mehalko of Cabot Oil and Gas to have the stains checked out and contact the department with their plans. I also let DEP WQS Scott Kuchta know about the stains on the ground. I left the site at 13:40 p.m.
