The production line was going through a separator with the bottom line going to a 500bbl tank that is on containment and the valve is closed. There was 639psi on the production casing and 383psi on the production tubing. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 10:55a.m.

The cellar was full of water with no bubbling noticed. The (20x13) annulus vent pipe was open and venting into the atmosphere with no gas detected, the (13x9) annulus vent pipe was open and venting into the atmosphere with no gas detected, the (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and venting into the atmosphere with no gas detected. There was 497psi on the production casing and 351psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 13:10p.m.

2735715 Primary Facility 2018-05-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Kropiewnicki well site. The well number is 115-21658. The well was properly labeled. The long access road was solid, as was the pad surface. There was no puddling on the surface. The small cut slope and extensive fill slopes were all well vegetated where rocky conditions did not inhibit growth and there were no erosional issues noted at the time of inspection.

There were no violations noted.
