| 2502518 | Primary Facility | 2016-07-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On 13 July 2016, the Department conducted an inspection of the SWN NR 03 Colwell West Pad to evaluate if the pad meets the criteria necessary to terminate its ESCGP. Also present during the inspection were Mike Deming, Rich Gulyas, and Jason Petlock, SWN representatives. A review of the pad stability revealed that permanent stabilization has been attained. A review of the permit revealed that the site fairly matches the permit site restoration plan. Hence, if a technically complete NOT application was submitted for this pad, the application would probably be approved. |
| 2600912 | Primary Facility | 2017-06-02 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection, arrived on site at 8:50a.m.
The cellar was set up with a plastic corrugated pipe around the well for inspection access; there was water above the surface casing with no bubbling noticed. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge, the valve going to the production tank was closed. There was 912psi on the production casing and 732psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 9:25a.m. |
| 2685315 | Primary Facility | 2018-01-18 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Inspection conducted as a routine inspection. Site snow covered. Site is plowed. Well tender reviewed well heads during the inspection. No E&S violations observed. No spills detected. No violations noted. |
