They were cemented in place, tagged on top of the conductor and had cattleguards in place around the cellars. |

The site was completely snow covered, with an average snow depth of probably 2'. Did drive the access road and onto the pad. Did not find a reason not to appove the preoperational inspection, hence this inspection qualifies as a preoperational inspection. Will reinspect after snow melt. |

The cellar was set up with a plastic corrugated pipe around the well for inspection access; there was water above the surface casing with no bubbling noticed. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge, the valve going to the production tank was closed. There was 539psi on the production casing and 369psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 11:45a.m. |
