2578045 Primary Facility 2017-03-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 10:30a.m.

The well was recently completed and is in production. The well tag was on the well and correct. The cellar was set up with a plastic corrugated pipe around the well for inspection access; there was water above the surface casing with no bubbling noticed. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge, the valve going to the production tank was closed. There was 723psi on the production casing. There was a crew on site cleaning out two 500bbl tanks that were on containment and the containment appeared to be in good condition. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 11:25a.m.
