Despite recent warm weather and melting conditions, the area was stable and had no erosional issues apparent at this time. There appears to be some excavating of a topsoil pile evident but there is no runoff from the small excavation. Looking at tire tracks left it appears to be a homeowner sized compact tractor. This area should be mulched to prevent possible erosion. The last inspection was on Feb 16, 2017.
