The Department met on site with Rich Gulyas and Seth Tratthen (SWN). At the time of the inspection, the site was covered in snow.
S. Moyer conducted a Post Weather Inspection on 12/7/16 and he documented that no attention was needed. The Department walked the site with the above mentioned individuals and determined that it appears as though the perimeter BMP's have been installed. |
