2642960 | Primary Facility | 2017-10-03 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection.
I met with company man Ari Dabila. United Drilling was on site to drill and run conductor pipe in the 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H and 8H wells. The 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H and 7H wells were drilled to a depth of 104'. There was a rig on the 1H, 6H and 8H wells. The rig on the 6H was at a depth of 45' and will drill to 104'. The rig on the 8H was at a depth of 87' and will drill to 104'. The rig on the 1H was running conductor pipe. The conductor pipe will be set at 102' in all the wells and cemented to the surface. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
2647682 | Primary Facility | 2017-09-27 | Preoperation Inspection | No Violations Noted | Todays inspection was conduced as a preoperational inspection. He site has been built per plan with no red lined additions. No violations noted. |
2696296 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-21 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection.
Met with company man Tony Ketterling. Nabors X36 was on site and drilling the lateral section of the well. The proposed TD for the well is 20,452'. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
2714323 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-28 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Today's inspection was conducted as part of an investigation into a nearby water supply complaint. As photos 3 and 4 show, a drilling rig was on-site actively drilling. No E&S issues were identified. No violations were noted. |
2736556 | Primary Facility | 2018-05-31 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection.
Met with company men Ron Rupert and Wayne Wilridge. Keane was on site to frac the 1H,2H,3H,4H,5H,6H,7H and 8H wells. They were on stage 23 out of 65 on the 8H when I arrived on location. The 1H and 3H haven't been started yet, there will be 32 stages on the 1H and 45 stages on the 3H. There were 15 stages completed out of 46 on the 2H. There were 25 stages completed out of 57 on the 4H. There were 15 stages completed out of 34 on the 5H. There were 24 stages completed out of 54 on the 6H. There were 20 stages completed out of 44 on the 7H. The water was being trucked to the location. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
2740139 | Primary Facility | 2018-06-06 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Today's inspection was conducted as a routine inspection. As the photo's show, hydraulic fracturing operations are still occurring at this site. Operations on the pad appeared to be impressively streamlined. No E&S issues were identified. The well connect pipeline for this pad appears to be close to completion as far as pipe installation is concerned. No violations noted. |
2807297 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-28 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection.
The well was recently completed and put in production. The permit numbers on the entrance sign were correct. The well tag was on the well and correct. There was water 7.5' below grade in the cellar with no bubbling noticed and there was no gas detected in the remainder of the cellar. The (20x13), (13x9) and (9x5) annuli vent pipes were connected together and going to the same poly vent tank. There was gas detected at the poly vent tank with a MSA Altair 5X multi gas detector that was calibrated on 11/2/18. The production fluid was going into a 500bbl tank on containment and the containment appeared to be in good condition. There were four 500bbl tanks on containment and that containment appeared to be in good condition. The rest of the 500bbl tanks on site appeared to have been clean |
2832761 | Primary Facility | 2019-01-28 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Today's inspection was conducted as a routine inspection. All wells appear to be in production. Overall the site has good stabilization. No E&S issues identified. No violations noted. |
