Minichi Contracting Group was on site to drill and set the conductor pipe on the Watts 1H, 2H, and Humbert lll 2H wells. I met with driller Keith Bowman. The rig is a dual rotary rig and was on the Watts 2H at a depth of 55'. The proposed depth for the 2H well is 88'. The Watts 1H was drilled to a depth of 75'. The drill cuttings were being put into rolloff containers and hauled to the Keystone landfill. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |

The well was recently completed and put in production. The cellar was set up with a corrugated pipe around the well for inspection access. The (20x13) and (13x9) annuli were below the water level and there was no bubbling noticed. There were empty 500bbl tanks on containment at two separate locations on the pad. The containment at one location appeared to be in good condition and at the other location the containment was ripped and propped up to form a berm so fluid couldn't run off the containment to the ground. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
