Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2647680 Primary Facility 2017-10-16 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

Minichi Contracting Group was on site to drill and set the conductor pipe on the Watts 1H, 2H, and Humbert lll 2H wells. I met with driller Keith Bowman. The rig is a dual rotary rig and was on the Watts 2H at a depth of 55'. The proposed depth for the 2H well is 88'. The Watts 1H was drilled to a depth of 75'. The drill cuttings were being put into rolloff containers and hauled to the Keystone landfill. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.

2673028 Primary Facility 2017-12-20 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of the inspection.

Met with company man Tom Howard. SDC 44 was on site and running the tools in the hole to drill out the intermediate casing shoe, perform their fit test and drill the hole for the production casing. The proposed depth for the well is 11,514'. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.

2694069 Primary Facility 2018-02-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

Met with company man Lonterian Epps. They just set the plug and perf after stage 15 on the Watts 1H and was pulling the wire line out of the hole when I arrived. There were 15 stages completed out of 63 on the Watts 1H. The Watts 2H was completed with 24 stages. The Humbert lll 2H was completed with 26 stages. The water was being pump to the location from the Young fresh water impoundment. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.

2732523 Primary Facility 2018-05-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

The well was recently completed and put in production. The cellar was set up with a corrugated pipe around the well for inspection access. The (20x13) and (13x9) annuli were below the water level and there was no bubbling noticed. There were empty 500bbl tanks on containment at two separate locations on the pad. The containment at one location appeared to be in good condition and at the other location the containment was ripped and propped up to form a berm so fluid couldn't run off the containment to the ground. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.

2732654 Primary Facility 2018-05-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today's inspection was conducted as a routine inspection. No E&S issues were observed. No violations noted.
2771465 Primary Facility 2018-08-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today's inspection was conducted as a routine inspection. No E&S issues were observed. No violations noted.
2830379 Primary Facility 2019-01-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

The well was in production. The cellar was set up with a plastic corrugated pipe around the well for inspection access. There was water .5' below grade in the cellar and there was no bubbling noticed. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.
