The weather was 68 degrees, partly cloudy with 68% humidity and 7 mph sustained winds out of the SW, with gusts up to 14 mph. The pad surface measured 252' x 198'. Small piles of gravel material covered the SW quarter of the pad surface. The earthern deflection berm appeared well vegetated. The fill slope of the pad surface appeared to contain >70% vegetated cover. Piles of old pipe, foam barriers and plastic liners are still located onsite. If this equipment is not longer in use, it should be removed from the site. An E&S plan was located in the mailbox. No inspection log was found. No temporary E&S controls were observed onsite. I departed the site @ 1100 hours.
