It was sunny and 60 degrees F. No one was present during my inspection. The 1H - 6H wells have been drilled and are in production; the 127D well has been placed on inactive status. The wells were tagged. The production equipment has built-in containment, which appeared to be in good condition. No staining or evidence of spills was noted on the pad surface.
Interim restoration has been completed and the site is permanently stabilized. Impervious areas have been minimized, temporary E&S controls have been removed and post-construction storm water management practices have been installed. The Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Reports were approved in 2016. No violations were cited during this inspection. I concluded the inspection at 1545 hrs. TLT |
