Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2127464 Primary Facility 2013-01-03 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted
2475921 Primary Facility 2016-04-18 Site Restoration No Violations Noted 2 Marcellus Shale wells producing natural gas from this pad. Restoration Reports approved today.
2842708 Primary Facility 2019-02-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Courtney 129D Well pad in Richmond Twp, Tioga County on 2/21/2019 at 1215 hours. The weather was partly cloudy with heavy winds and 41 degrees. The pad is mostly snow covered. The site ID sign was observed at the entrance to the site, the E&S plan and the inspection log was observed in the mailbox by the production tanks. The last self-inspection was conducted on 2/17/2019 noting no issues.

There are two producing wells onsite (1H & 2H). The site is listed as 4.7 acres so no ESCGP exists. The pad is reduced in size and PCSM is in place and functioning. This site is well vegetated, stabilized and no erosion issues were observed. Containment structures were intact and functioning.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1245.
