One 2" annulus vent Bubbling in the cellar close to casing. Operator is aware of bubbling and are currently working on a plan of corrective actions. Performed a headspace check to confirm if combustible gas was present. Test results from the MSA 5x multigas detector was 100% LEL and 7% Methane/Vol at time of inspection. |

The weather was mostly cloudy, 13 degrees and ~2 inches of snow covered the pad surface. This pad is one that East Resources built and drilled but Repsol oversees production.
The act 9 sign was observed at the entrance to the site. There is one producing well onsite (1H). From the vegetation that was observable, the site appears well vegetated and stabilized. No evidence of spills, releases, or erosion was noted. Containment structures were intact and functioning. No PCSM BMPs were constructed. No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1120. |
