The site was last inspected by company personnel on 7/25/2016. No activity was observed onsite during this inspection. Piddles on the pad surface were screened for field conductivity. All were found to be less than 200 microsiemens/cm. Cut and fill slopes appeared stable. E&S controls appeared functional. Six wells were observed in production on the site. | 2849268 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-06 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The DEP conducted a routine inspection of Repsol's Schildt 259 well site in Jackson Twp, Tioga County on 3/6/2019 at 1010 hours. The weather was partly cloud, 12 degrees, and 2 inches of snow covered the pad surface. This site is one that SWEPI built and drilled but Repsol oversees production.
The act 9 sign was observed at the entrance to the site. There is currently 6 producing wells onsite (1H-6H). From the vegetation that was observable, the site appears well vegetated and stabilized. No evidence of spills, releases, or erosion was noted. Containment structures were intact and functional. No PCSM BMPs were constructed. No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1040 hours. |
