The weather was cloudy and 24 degrees. This site was built and drilled by SWEPI but Repsol oversees production. The site ID sign and E&S Plan were at the site entrance.
There is one producing well onsite (1H). The site is well vegetated and stabilized. All fluids on the pad surface and in containments was frozen solid today. Containment structures were intact and functioning. No erosional issues were observed. No evidence of spills or releases could be seen. No PCSM BMPs are installed. No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1200 hours. |
