The last inspection conducted on behalf of the operator was on 10/7/2013. The cut slope above the pad is in need of further stabilization. Drilling of the 1H well was completed in 1/8/2010. 25 PA Code § 78.65(3) – Site Restoration states that within 60 days after restoration of the well site, the operator shall submit a well site restoration report. The pad surface was dry and no staining or evidence of spills was noted. Interim restoration has been completed and the site is permanently stabilized.
