2502605 Primary Facility 2016-07-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2730178 Primary Facility 2018-05-15 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted I took electrical conductivity readings with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. A puddle on the pad is 0.39 mS/cm today. All 6 Marcellus well heads have plungers installed on top. SWEPI's inspection notebook is in a mailbox near the site ID sign; last inspection listed on May 5, 2018. JLP
2787952 Primary Facility 2018-10-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Cool/windy at time of inspection.
2854068 Primary Facility 2019-03-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Soderburg 501 Well Site in Sullivan Twp, Tioga County on 3/14/2019 at 1315 hours. The weather was partly cloudy and 56 degrees. The act 9 sign was observed at the entrance to the site. The E&S Plan and inspection log were available for review in the mailbox at the entrance. Company personnel last inspected the site on 3/12/2019, noting no issues.

There are currently 6 producing well onsite, 1H-6H. The pad has been reduced in size and is well vegetated/stabilized. No accelrated erosion was seen onsite. Containment structures were intact and functioning and no leaks or releases were observed. The site is designed as planned with PCSM BMPs installed. Puddles on the pad surface were within normal conductivity ranges.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1350.
