Final restoration of the well site was completed following plugging of the James Cady #1 well in August 2016. The site has been graded to original contours and is in agricultural use. An electronic copy of the Well Site Restoration Report (WSRR) was received on 8/14/17; the report was reviewed on 8/23/17 and found to be administratively complete. No violations were cited during this inspection. I concluded the inspection at 1000 hrs. TLT |
