Three wells were drilled (3H, 4H, 5H). AMEC conducted an inspection on behalf of Ultra on Mar. 7, 2012. Erosion control best management practices were installed and functioning. The cut slope surrounding the pad is sparsely vegetated and there is evidence of accelerated erosion resulting in the forming of rills and sediment being transported to the rock-lined ditches. Copies of well permits were visible on the backside of the site ID sign. A copy of the E&S plan along with the onsite inspection log was located in the mailbox. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 3/9/2016 with “no visible issues” listed in the comments section. |
