The weather was clear and 27 degrees. The site ID sign was observed at the access road entrance. The onsite inspection log was found in the mailbox by the site entrance and the last inspection was conducted on 2/22/2017, stating that a NOT was received.
There is one well head onsite that appears to not be in production. No production equipment was observed onsite. The site is well vegetated and stabilized. No evidence of spills or releases were observed. PCSM BMPs were installed and functional. No containment structures are needed onsite. The silt sock onsite should be removed. It is no longer needed in the areas that it is located. No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1320 hours. |
