2668184 Primary Facility 2017-12-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection to assess overall site conditions. No issues identified and no violations cited.
2800283 Primary Facility 2018-11-08 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted November 8, 2018: NOI to Plug the McNett 708 1V (117-20754) has been received and reviewed by the Department.
2801052 Primary Facility 2018-11-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted A routine (pre-plugging) inspection of the McNett 708 1V was conducted November 8, 2018. At the time of inspection, the well is inactive. The cellar was full of gravel with standing water on top; no bubbling. There was an open annular vent extending above ground level from the cellar; no venting was observed. B Section and cap are above ground level and shut in. No obvious issues were observed. The operator has submitted a NOI to plug.
2808853 Primary Facility 2018-11-30 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine (plugging) inspection of the McNett 708 IV was conducted November 30, 2018. WL is on location, rigged up to run gauge ring. I met with the Companyman to discuss operations on the pad and discuss procedure. Pre-plug pressure was 1400 PSI. They will set CIBP 20' above perfs (5927'-5937') to isolate pressure to set remaining cement plugs uphole. Production casing is reported to be cemented to surface and unrecoverable. No known annular venting reported. No obvious issues were observed or reported.
2810404 Primary Facility 2018-12-04 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine (post-plugging) inspection of the McNett 708 IV was conducted December 4, 2018. At the time of inspection, the rig is off location following final plug and abandonment. The B section of the wellhead has been removed; 4 1/2" casing was visible and open. Gravel to surface was observed inside of the 4 1/2" production casing. There was one annular vent for the 4 1/2" x 7" annulus. No venting was observed at the vent. The 7" x 9 5/8" annulus was visible in the well cellar, full of material to surface; no venting, bubbling, or discharging was observed. The cellar was partially full of fluid outside the 9 5/8" casing; no bubbling or discharge was observed. No obvious issues were observed during this inspection.
2814855 Primary Facility 2018-12-13 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted December 13, 2018: Certificate of Well Plugging for the McNett 708 1V (37-117-20754-00-00) has been received, reviewed, signed, and sent to file.
2816086 Primary Facility 2018-12-17 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine, follow-up, post plugging inspection of the McNett 708 IV was conducted December 17, 2018. The plugged well is now marked, cut, and buried below grade. No open holes, discharges, bubbling, venting, or other obvious issues were observed.
2830685 Primary Facility 2019-01-23 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine post plugging inspection of the McNett 708 IV was conducted January 23, 2019. The plugged well is marked, cut, and buried below grade. The location was covered with snow, ice, and rain at the time of inspection. No evidence of discharge, bubbling, venting, or irregularities were observed. No obvious issues were observed at this time.
