2829360 | Primary Facility | 2019-01-18 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Shelman 291 Well Pad in Charleston Twp, Tioga County on 1/18/2019 at 1155 hours. The weather was 32 degrees, cloudy and 1/4 inch of snow covered the pad.
There are currently 9 wells that appear to be in production onsite (1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 5HS, 6H, 7H, & 8H). There are three highland production tanks onsite. Fluids on the pad surface were frozen solid today. The steep banks looked well vegetated and stabilized. The rock-lined channels appeared to be constructed well. The pony pad to the north is currently empty. No erosional issues were observed today. No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1135. |
