2414436 | Primary Facility | 2015-10-08 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | Routine inspection. Pad surface is stable. Areas surrounding the pad are permanently stabilized and E&S controls remain in place. Site has not been restored, however, the 1X well permit is valid and was issued on 1/13/15. No issues noted. 2558676 | Primary Facility | 2017-02-02 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | Routine partial inspection. Site was idle and snow covered. The 1H - 6H wells have been drilled and are in production. A temporary containment structure was staged along the west side of the pad; the containment held a 500 barrel tank and sealed waste container. The site has not been restored. A restoration extension request was received from SWEPI on 2/16/16. No violations were cited during the inspection. TLT |
2590809 | Primary Facility | 2017-05-04 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On 5/4/17 at 1230 hrs I conducted a routine inspection at the Erickson 448 well site. It was raining and 48 degrees F. A contractor arrived at the site during my inspection. The contractor removed a pile of fill staged on the pad and loaded up a piece of equipment.
The 1H - 6H wells have been drilled, tagged and are in production. The 500 barrel (bbl) tank and sealed container noted during the last inspection on 2/2/17 remain staged in temporary containment along the west side of the pad. Field conductivity of the temporary containment water was 743 micro Siemens/cm. The production equipment has built-in containment, which appeared to be in good condition. No staining or evidence of spills was noted; conductivity of standing water on the pad surface was 577 micro Siemens/cm. Interim restoration of the site is ongoing. The E&S inspection log documents that restoration work began on 4/23/17. Site restoration included removal of the sediment traps, perimeter rock-lined channels and the topsoil stockpile east |
2619128 | Primary Facility | 2017-07-24 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | On 7/24/17 at 1437 hrs I conducted an inspection of the Erickson 448 well site. SWEPI representative, Chris Citrino, was present during the inspection. It was mostly sunny and 79 degrees F.
I observed the site and reviewed the erosion and sedimentation (E&S) routine inspection log, the Notice of Termination (NOT) and the Well Site Restoration Report (WSRR). The well site has been restored and post-construction stormwater management (PCSM) BMPs have been installed. Temporary E&S controls have been removed and the project is permanently stabilized as per 25 Pa Code Section 102.22(a)(2). The last routine E&S inspection was conducted on 7/23/17. A 500 barrel (bbl) tank and a sealed vac box were staged in secondary containment. Mr. Citrino stated that the sealed vac box is scheduled for disposal and the 500 bbl tank provides additional storage capacity for production fluids. Standing water was observed in the secondary containment; the specific conductance field measurement was 660 micro Siemens/cm. Puddles o |
2741011 | Primary Facility | 2018-06-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | A inspection was conducted at the Erickson 448 well pad. The weather during the inspection was 72°F and cloudy. This site is interim restored with the earth disturbance permit being terminated and well site restoration reports acknowledged on July 26, 2017. There are six gas was on site capable of production. Post construction Stormwater management BMPs are installed. The site is permanently stabilized as required under Chapter 102.22. No erosion issues were noted and no evidence of spills observed during this inspection. No violations were cited during this inspection |
