| 2562535 | Primary Facility | 2017-02-16 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | On 2/16/17 at 1415 hrs I conducted a restoration inspection following receipt of the Martin 422 Notice of Termination (NOT). It was partly cloudy and 31 degrees F. No one was present at the site.
One well permit, the Martin 422 1V (117-20893), was issued on 9/14/10. The operator reported the well as not drilled and the permit has expired. The NOT was received on 2/8/17 and states that the Martin 422 site has not been constructed. The NOT was reviewed on 2/16/17 and is administratively correct. A field review confirms that the site has not been built. I recommend approval of the NOT. No violations were cited during this inspection. |
