An onsite inspection was previously conducted on 12/11/2015. The NOT was returned at that time, due to the access road remaining onsite, while the restoration drawings showed the access road as restored. As of today’s inspection, SWEPI has submitted the NOT along with a letter from the landowner authorizing the access road to remain. The restoration plan has been updated to show the existence of the access road. As noted in the previous inspection report dated 12/11/2015, this site meets the requirements of 25 PA Code §102.22 for site restoration. Based on site conditions present on 12/11/2015, it is recommended this NOT be approved. Please contact me with any questions. |
