| 2765723 | Primary Facility | 2018-07-30 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of the SWEPI LP - Boroch 477 well pad located in Charleston Twp, Tioga Co. on 7/30/2018 @1330 hours. The Notice of Termination was received by the NCRO on 7/20/2018.
As of today's inspection, the well pad size appears to have been reduced to ~150' x 200'. PCSM controls have been installed in the form of an infiltration basin below the western pad edge. The surrounding area appears stabilized by >70% vegetative cover. Volunteer regrowth was observed on the pad surface, to the extent it partially obscures the well head. No violations are noted at this time. Due to conditions observed onsite during the course of this inspection, this NOT is recommended for approval. The WSRR report for API#117-20999 has been reviewed and processed. We departed the site @1415 hours. |
