2203586 | Primary Facility | 2013-09-12 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | On Sept. 12, 2013 a routine partial inspection was conducted at the Bieser 833 pad in Chatham Township, Tioga County. The last inspection conducted on behalf of the operator was on 9/11/2013, no issues were noted. The site was well vegetated and stabilized. The E&S controls were installed and maintained. No issues were noted. No violations were cited during this inspection. |
2528748 | Primary Facility | 2016-10-14 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the SWEPI LP – Bieser Unit 833 site in Chatham Twp., Tioga Co. on 10/14/2016 @ 1200 hours. The weather was 55° and sunny. The onsite E&S inspection Log stated the site was last inspected on 10/12/2016 with “site has been reclaimed @ 0%, minor erosion channels on access rd.” recorded in the comments section.
At the time of this inspection, two wells were observed on the pad surface. Both appear to be in regulatory inactive status. PCSM infiltration basins have been constructed at the entrance to the access road and below the fill slope of the pad. The tank pad area appears to have been regraded to AOC and stabilized. ~0% vegetative cover was observed in the stabilized areas at this time. A 4-wheeler track was observed on the eastern fill slope of the pad. Minor slumping of the pad fill slope entering the infiltration basin was observed. This area may need additional stabilization. Standing water was observed in the basin below the pad. No violations |
