| 2562393 | Primary Facility | 2017-02-16 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | On 2/16/17 at 1220 hrs I conducted a restoration inspection following receipt of the McConnell 471 Notice of Termination (NOT). It was partly cloudy and 27 degrees F. No one was present at the site.
One well permit, the McConnell 471 1V (117-21043), was issued on 11/30/10. The operator reported the well as not drilled and the permit has expired. The NOT was received on 2/8/17 and states that the McConnell 471 site was not constructed. I reviewed the NOT on 2/16/17 and found it to be administratively correct. A field review confirms that the site has not been built. I recommend approval of the NOT. No violations were cited during this inspection. |
