2518324 | Primary Facility | 2016-09-12 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | -Inspection of Seneca Resources Corporation’s DCNR 595 Pad F in Bloss Twp. Tioga County conducted September 12, 2016 at 1:10 pm. There were (2) plugged wells and (6) active wells on the pad at the time of inspection.
-The 58H (Plugged 7-12-16) had casing cut below ground level, cellar filled with gravel, and had an 8’ high 3” candy cane vent. I detected no gas with an Altair 5x gas meter. The other plugged well was the 55H (Plugged 7-12-16). It appeared this one had casing cut in the cellar below ground level, filled with gravel, no above-ground monument. No gas detected in ambient air near the cellar. -The remaining (6) wells all had production trees in place (Active). I did a visual inspection of the wells. All the wells had digital pressure gauges on the tree top and off the production casing wing valve with not much pressure differential; either no tubing or pressure regulating tool in the tubing string. All wells had (1020-1094)PSI with the exception of the 38H only had 391PSI surface pressure. All th |
