Six wells (1H thru 6H) are drilled and in production and a seventh well (7H) is permitted. There are several slopes at this location that need further stabilization. There are several small pieces of liner on the pad surface and in the soil around the edges of the pad. This material should be disposed of properly. A puddle in the center of the pad exhibited an elevated reading for specific conductance. The pad surface and surrounding areas should be screened and a plan on what action will be taken should be communicated to the Department. The water impoundment on site has been drawn down and contains sediment and sediment laden water at this time. No violations were cited during this inspection. A follow-up inspection will be conducted to determine if these issues have been addressed in a timely manner. - MRN |

The last inspection conducted by AMEC on behalf of the operator was on 7/17/2013 and no issues were noted. The E&S controls remain in place and are functioning. Several areas were observed that require further stabilization, though no sediment transport was observed during this inspection. Puddles on the pad surface and the water in the sediment trap were screened but none exhibited elevated conductance. No violations were cited during this inspection. |
