The 5H and 6H wells were spud on 12/8/11 (80' of conductor pipe installed), however never drilled. A stained area was noted on pad surface. Staining was grayish-brown in color. SWEPI stated that cellar water and surface water which had accumulated in the conductor pipe was discharged to pad surface to infiltrate. Staining on pad was surficial.
