| 2567490 | Primary Facility | 2017-03-02 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | On 3/2/17 at 1530 hrs I conducted a restoration inspection following receipt of the Notice of Termination (NOT) for the Phoenix N well site. It was mostly sunny and 33 degrees F. No one was present at the site.
Well permits for the Phoenix 591356 - 591358 wells were issued in 2012. The operator reported that the wells were proposed, however, never materialized, and the permits have expired. The NOT was received on 2/16/17 and states that the well site was not constructed. I reviewed the NOT on 3/2/17 and found it to be administratively correct. A field review confirms that the well site has not been built. I recommend approval of the NOT. No violations were cited during this inspection. TLT |
