A vac truck operator remove production liquid from the production tanks during this inspection. I told him the liquid in the secondary containment is slightly contaminated. He plans to put in a work order to remove that liquid. On site ~1340-1530 hrs. |

2700499 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-02 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | Electrical conductivity readings taken with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. A puddle on the pad gave a 0.05 mS/cm. Inspection log in mailbox near production tanks; last inspection listed on February 24, 2018. Air temp 30F. JLP |
2798334 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-05 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of SWEPI's WOOD 513 WELL SITE in Rutland Twp, Tioga County on 11/5/2018 at 1120 hours. This inspection was completed in response to a Notice of Termination received by the department for this site's ESCGP. The weather was 47 degrees and raining.
The site has five producing wells and two production tanks. All PCSM practices were in place and appeared to be functioning properly. The site seems to be stabilized and no temporary E&S BMPs were observed. A well site restoration report has been accepted by the DEP. This Notice of Termination is recommended for approval. No violations noted at this time. I departed the site at 1150. |
