| 2294722 | Primary Facility | 2014-08-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The Department inspected the Tice 653, permit #ESX29-117-14-0003, in Richmond Township, Tioga Co. on 8/13/14 @ 0930 hours. The weather was 68 degrees, overcast with light showers. One small area on the outslope of unstabilized diversion berm 1 showed signs of erosion. Both infiltration basin 1 & 2 have been constructed and appear to be functioning. All temporary BMP's appear to be constructed as shown in E&S control plan. Topsoil stockpiles are unstabilized. Pad surface has not been soil cemented. A conductivity reading from standing water in level spreader (LS-4) was 60 µs/cm with a pH of 6.5. The onsite contractor stated hydroseeding was planned for later today. This inspection complies with OGA §5258(a.1). No violations issued during this inspection. |
