2585790 Primary Facility 2017-04-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP inspected the SWEPI LP Cruttenden 846 well pad located in Middlebury Twp., Tioga Co. on 4/21/2017 @1300 hours. The weather was 69 degrees and sunny. Standing water was observed on the pad surface due to precipitation the previous evening. SWEPI appears to be in the process of removing the baffled baker tanks located on the northern side of the well pad. A sand trap and open top tank has recently been connected to the 22 H well. Water was observed in the containment surrounding the production tanks. No violations were noted. I departed the site at 1400 hours.
